Actor Kal Penn left his job of acting on Fox’s TV show “House” to join the Obama administration. Penn is well-known for playing the role of Kumar a cannibis loving med student who uses his power of medicine to purchase marijuana in “Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay.” According to sources, the star would join the staff as an associate director in the Office of Public Liaison. No word on how much the star will get paid.
