“The album itself is about battles I was going through in my person life. Coma, the death of me is the similar situation. Dangerous is we went with what sounded right,” said Mikey Page.
He later added, “We went with it and it came out the way it did and we were happy with it. We created our own wrestling promotion. We created our own characters, title belts, we had a wrestling match. We did something like off the wall we have never done something like this before.”
The tracks COMA and Violent are the latest to be available for music fans.
With the upcoming release, the band introduced their new vocalist Oli Duncanson after the departure of long-standing vocalist Sam Stolliday.
“Violent is the line in the sand that says this is the new area,” he said.
Fans can get a sound for everyone. The band tackles the passing of loved ones, relationships, personal sovereignty, and self-control head-on. Juxtaposed against their vibrant, fresh, and pop-centric arrangements interwoven with infectious hooks and crushing riffs, COMA strikes a perfect balance.
“It’s a big mixture a lot of it super heavy and then the other side is like pop songs then you get like wild card like dangerous,” he said.
