Miami, Fl– WWE Hall of Famer, ECW legend and one half of the former WWE world tag team champions the Dudley Boyz will be trading the squared circle for some smoke.
D’Von Dudley, real name Devon Hughes, will be opening a cigar line with the help of Major League Baseball hall of famer David “Big Papi” Ortiz. The Roman Show spoke to him at last weekend’s Nightmare Weekend Con in Miami.
“I love cigars and we did a thing with David Ortiz “Big Papi” from the Boston Red Sox. Next thing you know, ideas were thrown, and we have a cigar line,” he said.
Dudley also spoke about his current favorite tag team.
“The Usos. When they form a tag team again, they are going to be great again,” he said. ”I love the Usos. We have worked with them. We beat them and they beat us. We had a good time together. The Usos are my favorite even though they are not together right now.”
He also spoke about current moves wrestlers today are taking in the ring.
“Our bodies are not made to do this,” he said. “God didn’t intend our bodies to do this. It something man made so of course the body is going to have wear and tear. Your body is going to hurt. You’ll have surgeries unfortunately. You love sport to much you overlook it. is it worth it, absolutely.”
