The Brazilian took time off before making his return earlier this year. He took the time for his personal life.

“I had a personal problem,” he said. “I focused on my Jiu Jitsu career. I tried to herbs job as a trainer you can’t always count on fighting for the money to pay the bill. I focused to teach. I tired to focus on my personal life. I took that pressure off my back and now I am able to fight.”

Meanwhile, Harrison sent his last opponent to the hospital. The champion defeated Deivison Ribeiro after his foe suffered a leg injury. Ribeiro was taken to the hospital immediately. Bezerra isn’t intimidated by Harrison’s record or fighting style.

“He is a great fighter,” he said. “My style matches good to him. He is a wrestler. He doesn’t do much when he gets on the ground he is too conservative and am Jiu Jitsu guy. The match up is good for me. I don’t think he has anything that can surprise me.”
